Points in the paint are essentially points scored right under the basket. It is easiest to get them by getting dunks or lay-ups.
Before starting, switch the sliders in your favor and set the quarter length to your liking. Also, set the reach-in foul slider all the way down (this will stop you from getting fouls when going for steals).
Now, go into quick game and choose any team. On offense, charge the basket and score off of dunks and lay-ups. On defense, steal the ball to get an easy breakaway dunk or lay-up. Repeat until you get 60 points in the paint.
You can check your progress at any time in the pause menu by going to the team stats page and looking for points in the paint.
