Choose a team ( I chose one of the all star teams), with 4-5 min quarters and set all the sliders in your favour - including game rules.
Once the game has started press start, coaching and substitutions and then swap each of the starting players for another player from the bench. Just score 40 points with these players and the achievement will pop.
The Second Unit players come on after the game stops ie for a Time Out but I also found so does the starting line up so I had to keep changing the players.
