easiest way to do these player achievements is with 2 controllers (NOTE: you must use 2 controllers from the beginning of the match and not change sides half way through a match or it nullifies the achievements you have obtained during that particular game)

pick the team which the player is on and half length you think is long enough to achieve the achievement criteria - i used 3 min halfs though some may need longer or less time.

for Tim Duncan you need 30pts, 15 rebounds (off or def) and 5 blks (tim is on the San Antonio Spurs ) for rebounds turn out of bounds off then run directly behind your own basket and take a shot, it should bounce off your own backboard and just catch it (doesn't matter if it bounces) - 1 rebound down quick and easy then just repeat for however many you need.
Blocks - have the second controller team shoot from their own half just stand in front of the player with the ball by about a foot and press the shoot and block (Y) at the same time on both controllers - i had a success rate of about 85% with this method and worked best for me.

Get 30 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 blocks.Tim Duncan is on the San Antonio Spurs. You can mess with the sliders, so this shouldn't be tough at all. Set it to rookie, and however long you think this will take you, it really depends on your skill level, i got all of these with 2 min quarters, whereas some people might need 10 mins, doesn't really matter.If your having trouble getting the blocks, you can use a 2nd controller. And to make is even easier, go to the sliders screen in the middle of the game, and set your 3 pointers all the way to the max to get your 30 points out of the way. Once that is done,use the 2nd controller(which is on the other team) have them jack threes, while you stand in front of them and block it. Do this 5 times. And for the rebounds, go into the nba rules section and set goaltending to 0 and all the offensive, defensive in the keys penealtys to 0, that way you can just stand in front of the basket getting the rebounds.
