This has to be done with one team. When you are close to the basket, pass the ball to another player and score. After 30 assists the achievement will pop up.

The easiest way to obrain almost all achievements. Change player stats to 100. And use a second controller.

Simply pass ball if you are close to the bascet and score. After 30 achievement will pop up.

Pretty straightforward. When you get close to the basket pass and then quickly shoot to get an assist. Note it is not a single player achievement, therefore you just need 30 assists from all your players together.
