Fastest way to do this is to set up a 1min quarters match. Make SURE YOU SET All-Star Difficulty, will not work on any higher or lower setting. Also you can move all the sliders in your favor and turn off all shot clock, time, ect.
Now when pick the East Vs. West (either side) and hold onto the ball scoring one point and let the time run out.

For each of these achievements you need to play a quick game with the two teams listed in the achievement title, and you need to win as either team on All-Star difficulty or higher. The way I did all of these was set the games to 1 minute quarters, and adjusted all of the sliders, and you will have no problem winning them.
