This can be done when you are trying to get 30 assists. Only difference is, you cannot have more than 5 turnovers with your team.
A turnover occurs when a player from your team gives possession to a member of the other team by losing the ball.
Turn your sliders all to the right and the other team sliders to the left. Turn off the shot clock and the penalties.

You will most likely get this achievement while going for your 30 assist achievement. All you need to do is get 20 assists and have less than 5 turnovers at the end of the game.
