Simply join/create a league or tournament that has player draft on. As soon as you start the draft you will get the achievement.

 NOTE: There are sliders in this game and adjusting all of the User Sliders(besides injury frequency and player fatigue) to 100 and adjusting all the CPU sliders down to 0 will make the achievements much easier to achieve.
NOTE 2: If you use a 2nd controller make sure you start the game with 2 controllers. In the older games if you plug in a second controller during the game it disables the achievements.
NOTE 3: Signing in/out of live during a game does not disable achievements like the older games.
