A Quick way to get about 125gs if you have not played the game is to get one other person and go custom matchs make sure it is ranked and search at the same time and then once you guys start the game finish the tip off and then have the other person quit and then do that 18 more times then play the 20th game and you should pop about 125gs.

As of 12th July 2014, I can confirm this still works :) Achievement unlocked after 19 quits and 1 win on a custom ranked match.

You need to win one online ranked game. As of now you can play ranked matches from lobbies so there is no form of trading wins, which hopefully will be fixed. The only way of playing ranked matches right now is to do a quick match or a custom match.
