From main menu, go to NBA Blacktop, then Dunk Contest. Use the right stick to perform various dunks. Make sure that you score the highest with LeBron. This goes on for 3 rounds, with 3 dunks each round, so it'll take a few minutes, but it's a fairly easy achievement. You just have to get used to learning how to do the manual dunks with the RS.
