First, you want to set the game to the Rookie difficulty level and adjust the sliders so that all the "User" sliders are maxed out and the computer's sliders are at the minimum levels (it's a good idea to do this on the main menu outside of a game so you don't need to keep doing this every time you go into a game).

Once you're in the game, steal the ball by pressing [x]. To complete this quickly, make a basket and then have your player remain down court and steal the ball again right after the computer inbounds it.

Achievement unlocks during the game.

Turn all sliders in your favor and turn all the rules off. You should succesfully steal the ball everytime you attempt
