How to unlock the 20 Online Ranked Wins achievement in NBA 2K9 - Definitive Guide

Ya'll all doin this the hard way. Try doing this in Ranked Street Games. Grab a buddy and once you find each other (Hardly anyone is playing Street Games). Now once the game starts (after choosing teams and shooting to see who goes first) score 1 point and then quit out (player going for Achievements choosing no to allow friendly quit). To get achievements to pop play the player going for them simply needs to score 21 to win and all win achievements shout pop.

Sometimes servers wont let you connect. We tried throwing in random matches and quitting during team select and quitting to dashboard seemed to fix this glitch.

No longer obtainable. 2k servers no longer connect to ranked matches making this unobtainable as of 10/15/22.

As far as I know, unlike EA 2K turns over (partial) control of servers to Microsoft so most (not all) achievements remain obtainable

Still works in 2018!! I double boxed, but non the less, Street Games was the best idea, so thumbs up!

Wonder if this still works 2020? Anyone know? Also can it be done with 2 controllers? If not anyone willing to help if still playing, I'll return favor.
Edit game not backwards compatible 360 laser is out also so there goes this idea.

There are NO Lobbies this year to arrange matches. The best way to arrange a match is to grab a buddy and head into Custom Ranked Match and search Exhibition game's and hope you locate each other. Team Play, Dunk Contest and Street ball do NOT count as ranked, even though they say "Ranked".If you are seeking a boosting partner, You can post in the NBA2k9 Achievement Trading Thread to seek out another X360A.org member to assist you.
