use a good 3 point shooter and if u suck at it like me pick players like shaq,howard,yao ming pretty much any center works then you only need to make 4-5 shots to be able to beat them.

If I could post a solution I would, but for some reason I can't. The way I achieved this was to just put myself as the player for all four Shooters. It doesn't matter who you choose, just make at least 1 shot with any Shooter and you will get the achievement after all four have finished their shots. No worries about being beat here!

go to 3 pt shootout and pick a good 3 pointer and the other players bad players and you can easily win

The 3PT Contest can be located under Blacktop in the Main menu with 4 challengers. Put them all under your control. To Shoot you will have to pull the 
DOWN and then UP at the top of your jump. It is a tad tricky at first to make any baskets, just try to time your jump's correctly.Defeat the other 3 opponents and the achievement is yours.
