Cheap, Easy Way - Adjust the game sliders for the CPU to make them all read at 0, then put the three different shot styles (3-Point, Mid, In-the-Paint) at 100 as well as the shot successes all at 100. Adjust your sliders to all maximum except for things such as foul frequency, etc. Play as any team versus any GOOD offensive team and set the quarter length to 1 minute. Allow the opposite team to take the ball downcourt enough to get 10 points, each time you get the ball just shoot it as soon as you inbound it. Once they get their 10 or so points, just let the time run out each corner, get to the 4th Quarter down by 10 and just steal it right on their inbound!

Regular, More Moral Way - Play as you favorite team against anyone and hope they can beat you for three quarters. Then whip em in the last one!
