Turn off all rules, and then take a guy and go to opponet basket, and go behind the basket. (so you're standing out of bounds facing you're hoop) then shoot the ball and then it should hit the back of the backboard and it should go back to you. EASY!! For the blocks, change the opponet tendency to drive to hoop and shoot only layups. nothing else. Take Yao or anyone else and make the block!!!! EASY!!!!!!

Use one of the All Star teams, Sub in all Center's at every position and adjust the human sliders to 0. Shoot and miss until you get 10 offensive rebounds. Do the same to get 5 steals by turning off Reach in fouls and 5 blocks by turning the block slider to 100.
