Make sure you have the difficulty set to All-Star. Next you want to change the quarter length to one minute. Once you start the game go into the human sliders and turn your 3PT Slider all the way up. Now just drain the 24 second clock each time you get the ball and shoot a 3 as the clock expires. You will get this easily. This also works for the rest of the match-up achievements.
