Use one of your favorite teams bench. I suggest changing the settings to manul subsitutions. Then call time out press RT to move your bench players then score 40

pick a good team bench (Lakers) then when you begin the game call a time out RT remember to put manual subs on and put your best bench players in so then your bench players play the whole game and you get an easy 15G

Start a 4 minute game with any team on Rookie difficulty. As soon as the game starts, Sub in 5 player's from your bench. Score 40 points and the achievement is yours.
