This is easy. Pick the Phoenix Suns as Nash plays there, and pick a bad team as your opponents. Set the time to 12 minute quarters and the difficulty to Rookie. Now just start with passing the ball to Nash and pass the ball to another player in your team and score, repeat 14 times. Now, get the ball with Nash and then go right away and score, repeat 19 times and the achievement will pop.

Start a game with the Western Conference All-Stars against the Oklahoma Thunder. Play on Rookie, 10 min quarters. Turn the user steals slider all the way up and turn reach in fouls all the way off. You will easily be able to unlock all the player achievements for the Western Conference team (Kobe, Carmelo, Nash, CP3, and Yao Ming) in one game. Then play the Eastern Conference vs. Oklahoma to unlock the Eastern Conference player achievements.
