Cheap Way - Adjust your Game Sliders to maximum (under My NBA) and the CPU's to zero. Steal the ball at about the half court line and just haul it down to the basket for a lay-up/dunk.

Fast Break points are when you score when you have more men across half court then the computer. This is best done when the AI scores and you quickly do a long pass down the court and shoot or drive to the hoop. If you are unable to get this on your own feel free to adjust the sliders in your favor.
