Really easy achievement. There are a total of 25 challenges in the game. You can check to see what they are by hitting the back button when at the menus or pausing when in a game. The game keeps an accurate count of everything so you'll always know how close you are to a certain level of a challenge.

I'm having real difficulty with this. For some reason all my challenges for Bronze are sitting as 1/1 3/3 4/4 etc as if they have been completed (which they have) but wont actually unlock and give me the completed challenge. Any ideas ?

This achievement can easily be done in your first Road Trip game. In my opinion, these are the 5 easiest JAM Challenges to get to Bronze level.
'Alley, Oops!' - Make 2 Alley Oops.
'Sharing is Caring' - Get 5 Assists
'Feelin' The Flow' - Make 2 Jump Shots.
'Long Range Bomber' - Make 3 3-point shots.
'Big Winna!' - Win 1 Road Trip Game.
Note: You can check your progress in-game by pausing the game with 
and selecting Jam Challenge Progress. Remember that Jam Challenges can only be done in Road Trip and Arena modes(s).
