This is a game related achievement. After you beat the last legends battle in classical campaign, wait until the credits are done rolling. After you see the last of the credits you'll get a pop-up message saying there is another challenge. Simply beat Stickman Red/Yellow, and you have your 100 achievement. A great duo is Bryant/Gasol, and make sure you're difficulty is set to Easy.

You get this trophy after you defeat the hidden boss in your first Classic Campaign play through. You face the hidden boss after the credits are finished. Click below if you want to see the hidden boss.

This will unlock after you beat the Stickman team once you have played through every other match in Classic Campaign the first time. Difficulty does not affect achievements so if you are going for the full 1000 make sure you are playing Classic Campaigns on easy.
