Start up a classic game, preferably on easy, and get yourself on fire by getting three consecutive baskets, preferably late in the 1st quarter (don't get too far ahead or else the rubberband AI will make this a bit harder).
The achievement requires you to hit a buzzer-beater while on fire. I'm not sure of the exact timing window, but I got it from a shot I launched with about 0:03 on the clock. Depending on whether your player is decent or not at 3pt shooting, you may want to launch the shot from inside the circle, and you will also want to pump-fake the defender out. Being on fire gives a massive boost to your accuracy so you should be pretty safe shooting a 2 pointer.
I'm not sure whether dunks count toward this - I got it with a 3 point shot.

This trophy does not have to be a game winning buzzer beater shot. This trophy can be obtained at the end of any quarter of play, but has to be a buzzer beater shot while you are on fire. You become on fire after you make three shots in a row and the opposing team misses their shots in the process of your making three in a row with one player. Time your buzzer beater shot wisely as when you are on fire dunks take longer to execute. I suggest going for a jump shot at the free throw line to give yourself more time for your buzzer beater.

This achievement should come naturally while playing but can also be boosted online or by the Play Now method (See Clean Sheet). Unlike the other buzzer related achievements, this one can be obtained at the end of every quarter. If you are having a tough time with this one, wait until you've unlocked one shot fire. Remember Turbo is your best friend once you're on fire!
