How to unlock the Rolling achievement in NBA JAM - Definitive Guide
play over xbox live
solo match
this is easy to boost wit a friend
If you're a decent player, you'll probably split the games you play in terms of W/L, which means that you can probably grind this achievement in around an hour, maybe less if you can consistently find matches.
When you go to a xbox live game, you and your friend will want to search:
-Smash
-2 player max (this is important because if you search 4 player max it will never match you up)
The object of smash is to break the back board. So it takes about 10 dunks to do so. Who ever is going for the wins should quickly steal the ball from the booster and dunk it. It took about 3 minutes per win. Classic takes about 15 minutes per win.
You can also go for Wreaking crew while you are at it.
Credit goes to Gucci Shotz for helping me figure this out.

It is best to find a boosting buddy as there are very few people online and the ones online are very good. With a boosting parter or without one, start off by playing a 2 vs 2 game with 2 people max. Lead after each quarter and win the game to earn Raw Rookie, First Time for Everything, and Start to Finish. Now, go play and win 9 games of 21 to get your win total to 10 to earn Rolling. Then rinse and repeat for your boosting buddy.
If you are boosting, just make sure that you and your boosting partner have the correct match settings to find each other. With the small amount of people playing online, you and your boosting partner should have no trouble matching up. If you need help finding a boosting partner then click here.
Either win ten ranked matches naturally or boost this online with some friends. The easiest way to find someone is to play solo match in 21 or an equally less popular play mode. Some people tend to say it's easiest to drop out of a game after 1 minute into it, giving the other player a win (or vice versa), but this doesn't always work. You might as well play out the matches or use this time to boost any of the achievements you can get from one match.
