Start up a quick match with you and another controller and pick the West All-Stars. When in game, select "Tracy McGrady" and hold LB and press RB until the purple icon SCORER appears in the bottom left corner. Move your character underneath the basket and hold LB and rotate the right stick once clock-wise. This move will look like a lay-up if done correctly. After making the play, the achievement should pop.
