Thanks to kingy444 at xbox360achievements.org for giving me the idea but I’ll expand on it make a created character and make all his skills 99 and make him 7'4. To get him to make the shot every time hold and let go of the button till right as he is about to fall back down to land it will take a few tries to get the timing down but once you do it will be easy this also works great for beating the superstar shooter

I found that the best way to get this achievements is this =

You create one player who is 7,6 feet long ( tallest possible ) and max all his stats out. Then go to the 3 point shootout game mode and disable all other 4 slots ( Y button ), and choose that you go first. Choose the player you created and against you choose = Mikki Moore, Sacramento Kings team.

Note = You might aswell go for the superstar achievement here.

Start the match, and just start throwing the ball. There's not really any ''tactic'' to get the ball in everytime. But the whole point is that your player is so tall and accurate it's very hard to miss. Just remember to pick the ball up with RT ( Hold it down the whole time to save time ) and throw it by pressing B long enough. 28 points should provide you the achievement.
