Create a character who is as tall as allowed and max out his stats. Assign this character to a team and solo play against the computer. I believe that the Indiana Pacers are the team with the worst stats, so play against them. Since there are no restrictions on difficulty, play the game on "Rookie". Set the time limit to 12 minute quarters so that you can try for the other achievements at the same time.

Pass the ball to someone to scores within the next 2 seconds. This is pretty simple, especially after the other team scores since you'll be forced to throw the ball inbounds. Pass it in to a player then have them throw the ball down court and have that player score pretty much immediately. Repeat this process until you have 31 assists.
