Use Lebron, stand at the top of the key, press and hold LT+RT and press B, then HOLD B (along with LT and RT) to make him do the second part (through the legs), and finally release B to have him dunk it.

OK, this solution absolutely works perfectly. I just didn't quite understand it at first. What you have to do is press B once to get him flipping, then HOLD B (along with LT and RT) to make him do the second part (through the legs), and finally release B to have him throw it down. I wasn't getting it to work because I was just tapping B twice. Thanks for the advice and video, Avisole!

+1 to above ... I was trying this for about an hour and getting thoroughly pissed off. It wasn't until I tried holding B and releasing that I got it.

I found the best way to explain this is to move toward the ring while holding both LT+RT then press B when you reach the top of the key. Then hold B and release it after he's put the ball through his legs to dunk it - the key is timing the release to dunk it. Took me a few attempts but got it :-)

I've been trying to do this for a while now I got him to jump once but never again. Now all he does is do some stupid spin move and run towards the side. What am I doing wrong? I hold the triggers and tap b then hold b and he just does that spin.

For this achievement I used Lebron. Start at the top of the 3 point line. Hold both modifiers (+) and hit then for the air trick hit again. This should do a double flip and a double between the legs. You will know when you got a 50 because the people will come on the court and fireworks will go off.
