Well i followed Android's solution about the glitch and worked for free throws too.
So first edit your team's free throw stats to max (99).
start a game of 2 or 3 mins per quarter.
plug a second controller
Choose with your first controller (P1) the team with max free throw stats and with second controller(P2) any other team.
Every time a P1 player has the ball pass the middle line and with the other controller try to foul P1. Using X behind the player all the time helps.
After the 5th foul there will be free throws.
Repeat until you have 10/10.
After that let the game to end.
Just a min before timer reaches zero at 4th quarter remove the battery from second controller.
There will be a screen about disabling achievements. Do not worry and press A ONLY on the first controller.
After that the game will resume and CPU will continue for P2.
Wait until the game end.
There will be some statistics screens. Press A and at the last screen choose REMATCH.
Just before the second match start (or during jump ball) the achievement will pop.

Since your team must shoot 100%, the best way to complete this achievement is to make sure that the stats of everyone on your team has their free-throw rating maxed out.

You need to have at least 10 shots, so dunk and layup as much as possible while the other team fouls you often. After 10 completed free-throws, stay outside the 2-point area as much as possible (shoot mainly 3-pointers). You do not have to win the game, so if you don't, you'll still get the achievement.

The other solutions are great,but a quick tip this can only be earned when you complete the match,you can't do the rematch glitch.so I did the 2nd controller rematch glitch and waited it out intil the end then disconnected.trust me,it works.good luck!
