Edit the stats of the team that you're going to be playing as to "99" across the board. MAKE SURE OF THIS!!! You should also check to make sure that you use guys fairly youngish. 30 or younger since they could retire at any moment and time during the dynasty. Then, save your roster. Saving the roster will help should you have other achievements to still complete since playing the Dynasty Mode will reset the roster's to default and you'll have to change all of the stats again.

Go into Dynasty Mode and click to play the mode with the team that you just bolstered with incredible stats and begin. Set the difficulty to whatever you would like (since you'll be simming most of the season away), turn injuries off, and set quarter times to 4-5 minutes.

**Note: Make sure that you have the ability to intervene at certain events turned on if you don't have the achievement "Best regular season record". If you do, make sure that you have all of the notifications and interventions off. This will make the simming til' the end of the year much quicker. **

Sim through the training and the scouting in the off-season and begin the regular season. Auto-sim until the end of the playing year by selecting the "Sim up to and including this day" and the season will start.

You'll get a lot of pop-ups along the way about training times (which you can set to auto), publicity things (which you can ALSO set to auto), and messages from the owner (which you can safely turn off). The most important thing to do is to watch out for teams trying to trade with you. This won't happen that often, but if you trade away one of your 99-stat characters for someone you haven't edited, you're going to be making more work for yourself. Just make sure that you decline any trade that pops-up.

When you get to the end, chances are pretty good that you'll have won all of or close to all of your games and the Playoffs will start. You can simulate every match in the Playoffs including the championship and you'll take home the trophy.

The next season will start and make sure that you re-sign all of your players for the next year. You don't have to look at trading or free agents, just re-sign all of your players from the season prior.

Here is easyish 3-4 hour solution to the achievement.

1st step: Go to the roster management section in the main menu and pick your team. Then trade your crap players for superstars i.e. Dwight Howard, Kevin Garnett, Kobe Kryant, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Al Jefferson Kevin Durant and so on. Once you have your team then edit their ratings to 99 for everything you want. It will say your currant rosters are being taken into Dynasty mode is this ok? Obviously you want to pick yes.

2nd step: Start a new Dynasty with your God like team and put the quarters on something small like 4 mins per quarter and the playoff length on 3-3-3-3, turn off those annoying pop up messages, no injuries so none of your players go down with them pick auto for everything but Roster Management. Then just simulate everything on fast speed till you get 10 in a span of 25 years. You want to resign your players at the end don't let them hit the free agency market pool unless you want to loose them since you will be caped out money wise. With that team I was going 82-0 in the season and 12-0 in the playoffs. You want to aim to get young players as well since your going to be at this for at least 10 years most of those guys will be around for 10-17 years easily with exceptions to Kevin Garnett and Kobe Bryant.

3rd step: Once you hit the 10 championships achievement unlocked and work on what's left.
