I suggest going for this achievement while going for the "The underdog" achievement since your players probably won't be that good at 3-point shots.
Since there is no difficulty requirement, put the game on "Rookie" and set the time to 2-minute quarters. Set the rules all the way down so that you can steal more effectively and only take short shots (within the paint), layups, and dunks.
**Note: Stat wise, the worst team is "Indiana Pacers" and best is "Dallas Mavericks". [The underdog achievement]
