This should actually not be too hard to get if you play against Japan or South Korea(Both are rated 60 overall), they are the worst teams in the game this year. If you pick Team USA or Team Addidas you should easily beat Japan or South Korea by 20 or more points. Don't forget to set the Difficulty to Superstar and set the Quarter Length to 5 or 6 minutes. It might take you a few tries to win by 20 or more points if you are not use to playing on Superstar Difficulty.
