How to unlock the Shock the World achievement in NBA LIVE 09 - Definitive Guide

Go into Game Modes/Fiba World Championship and pick Spain as your team because they face USA in the first round. Then set the time to 2 minute quarters and set the rules to no out of bounds, shot clock, or backcourt. After that score a basket and just hold the ball until time expires. Good Luck.

To play in the FIBA World Championship go to "Main Menu", "Game Modes", and then "FIBA World Champioship". I would suggest being Spain as they play USA in the first game and besides USA they are one of the best teams in the Tournament. You can set the difficulty to Rookie and the Quarter Length to anything, you just have to make sure you win the game.
