You can combine this achievement with the 1992 Game 1 achievement, which is exactly the same thing.
Select the Miami Heat, as Wade plays for them, and set the game length to 12 minute quarters to give yourself more time than you need. With difficulty set to easy and the game sliders adjust in your favour, you should have no problems with this. Give the ball to Wade and have him shoot from outside the 3 point line.

Start up a game on rookie with the miami heat. ON your first possession, pass the ball around until you get it to wade. go behind the arc and shoot. time it right, and it will go in. do that 6 times in the course of the game, and the achievement is yours.

Play as Miami Heat against anyone, put Dwayne Wade on player lock and press X on each play to get the ball passed to him.
Score six times from outside the marked area in the game to get the trophy, this will also get "From Downtown Rookie" and "1992 Game 1"

Just shoot and make a 3 pointer six times with Dwayne Wade (Miami Heat). Can be done on any difficulty and will unlock once you score your 6th 3-pointer.
