The Best Way i found to get this achievement was to stand under the basket, turn off goaltending and right before the ball would fall into the rim i would jump and block the shot. I got this achievement in the first Qtr some people may have issue but it can be obtained by this way to

You cannot use two controllers. This achievement can be hard. Some people will get this with no problems. Other people will have trouble. I do believe there are some game sliders you can mess with that will make them run to the basket to take shots more inside. You can put all centers on the Thunder instead of their normal players will help a lot. Set the game to easy.

To do get this achievement set the clock at 12 minutes. Now Turn off all rules and fouls. Reason why is so when you get the ball you can just shoot it from half court or where ever so they will get the ball back fast as possible. You can stay in the key without any fouls and so forth. Most importantly save clock time. Player lock Dwight Howard before the game starts. Then it’s up to luck and you. You push Y button to jump and block shots.

Here is what I did and the best tips I can give anyone on this.
Chase around the ball carrier if you do better that way and try to time it so you can attempt to block any shot they take from the outside or stay under the hoop and jump at anything that comes near you seems to be the best way to do it. A 2 - 3 zone defense does help most of the time to make things easier.

Another good tip is to release all the Thunder's players into the free agency pool and make 10 5'4 400 lb midgets to fill their team with. I player locked Howard and would just try to time the blocks to get the achievement that's how I got it make sure it's in Oklahoma City though so you don't waste your time for nothing

Play as Orlando Magic with Oklahoma City Thunder as the HOME team and put Dwight Howard on player lock. There are two main tactics for this one:

1. Stand under your basket and block any shots that come in

2. Follow around the player with the ball and try to block his shots.

Best tip for this is to alter the sliders so that CPU always dunk or lay-up and that their offensive rebounding is on full and your defensive rebounding is on zero. That way you can just hang out under the basket and they will dunk or lay-up all shots and you can block them, then they will most likely get the rebound and try another dunk. With Rules set off there will be no "Goaltending" foul called. Repeat until you have 10 blocks (you can check your progress on the 'Stats' menu when paused). This will also get you "adidas Triple Block"

This one can give you some trouble as well. Try turning down the game speed and standing under the basket as Howard. Press Y when a player is driving to the basket to attempt a block. It helps to use the player lock feature on Howard so you are always him. You have to be in Oklahoma City so make sure the Thunder are the home team. Can be done on any difficulty and will unlock after your 10th block.
