Note: Dwayne Wade plays for the Miami Heat.
You can do this on any difficulty, and can adjust all sliders in your favour. You must do this in a single game against the New York Knicks.
Note that the achievement pops as soon as you hit 55 points, so you might as well do 12 minute quarters (since you can quit as soon as you're done).
Be sure to get 6 3 pointers on the way to 55 points for the "Connect with D-Wade" achievement as well.
Note that you can also trade Wade to another team (like say the Lakers), and after you get this achievement, work towards the "55 in NYC" achievement as well by scoring with Kobe. Just be sure that the Knicks are the home team. I did this and had 55 with both Kobe and D-Wade before the end of the 2nd quarter.

Play as Miami Heat against the New York Nicks and put Dwayne Wade on player lock and press X to get the ball passed to him. Keep scoring until you have 55 points.
Spanish, Assault
Just score 55 points with Dwayne wade. You have to do it against the NY Knicks, so make sure you select them as your opponent. Can be done on any difficulty and will unlock once you score 55 points.
