I got them both in the 6th overtime so don't start over just keep going until you make the shot.

I have read on a few websites that if you have not got the ice water achievement this wont unlock. I know I had to get Ice water first before I got game over in a flash to unlock. This might not be the case for some people but it’s something to keep in mind.

To get game Over In A Flash set the clock to 2 minutes. If you want turn off fouls just in case something goes wrong while trying to get this. Make sure also to turn off the shot clock. With the shot clock turned off you just have to hold on to the ball and never shoot. When the other team gets the ball after one of the half’s try to steal the ball or force a bad shot. Of course if they make it you have to score to. Repeat until second overtime. Now in the second overtime, once you have the ball with the score tied hold on to the ball until time is just about to expire at 1.5 or less and shoot. If it goes in you should get the achievement a few seconds after. That is pretty much the easy and sure fire way to get this achievement.

Just an addition for those of us who aren't NBA fans: Wade plays for the Miami Heat and wears #3.

Exactly how i did it, apart from i failed twice and had to wait till the moment again and again, but i also got the 'Ice Water' achieve' with this one too so you must be unlucky not to get 'Ice Water; with it if you havent already got it.

Note I still had .9 seconds when I hit the go ahead and still unlocked Ice Water and Game Over In A Flash

You absolutely do not need to earn "Ice Water" first, they unlock at the same time. In case people don't load the other solutions, you can earn it in any overtime after the second if you miss the shot, so keep playing.

Same as above but if you miss the shot just win in the third overtime

Well I wish someone had mentioned that you had to be the home team and play in Miami and hit the shot with Wade as time expires,I tried for this achievement five times,and no achievement popped.I even made a three pointer twice as time expired in double overtime and no achievement. I than played at home in Miami, turned shot clock off until the end a little after 24 seconds left.I'm not sure if shot clock should be turned on when there is a little under 24 seconds left,but I did twice and it worked.You can put on shot clock on in settings and than look in rules.The achievement popped in double overtime when shot was checked by referee and in my second account it popped in fith overtime as shot was checked by ref at table,it should pop right after this.I hope this solution helps people a little better,not taking away from the people that wrote the others.

Play as the Miami Heat (either home or away) with Dwayne Wade on player lock and make sure the game is tied after the first four quarters and the first period of overtime. You must then score on the buzzer at the end of the second period of overtime.

Best way is to hang onto the ball outside the marked area and then shoot for 3 points just as the clock reaches 1 second so that it flies in after the buzzer. It doesn't matter if you don't score in the second overtime, I ended up getting it in the 7th overtime. Just hang onto the ball for the whole 2 minutes, then shoot at the end. If you do miss, then it will just go to another overtime period.

Set the game to Rookie difficulty, 2 minute quarters and rules to off. Play as the Miami Heat and as soon as you get the ball just stand there. At the start of the second overtime try and score a basket with less then 2 seconds left with Dwayne Wade. Will unlock at the end of the game.
