How to unlock the Timmy D achievement in NBA LIVE 10 - Definitive Guide

Very easy, you can do it while you try for other Lebron James achievement.

Stay near the X, make the jump to take the shot, hold the Left stick in down-left direction, Ball will hit the backboard and go in basket atleast 50% of time. Make the basket 5 times and the achive is yours.

I see that nobody has a guide for this yet so I'll try and help.

Push up and right or left (depending on which way your going) on the left stick while shooting from in between the elbow and the three point (straight down, kind of hard to explain, where you would be shooting at a diagonal, not straight) line without using turbo. It seemed to better for me that way, I did it with Kobe Bryant, btw.

Geez, I know the wording is weird, but I hope that helps.

If it isn't a lay-up then it will work if it goes off the backboard.

it doesn't work. the ball hits the backboard and then goes in!!!

Don't do anything with the stick until your player jumps straight up, and then once he does hold the stick towards the backboard, without using turbo.

Alright, say this is the paint and basketball area (don't know how else to explain, lol) tryin shooting from where the X is and pushing down and to the right on the left stick...hope this helps a little better.

Takes a bit of practice to do, the best method is using fade aways, either from a slight angle, or from straight on at the free-throw line. Can be done in conjunction with any of the scenario point scoring trophies.

The description for this achievement is misleading. You basically have to make 5 bank shots off the backboard with the same player. LAY-UPS DO NOT COUNT. You'll know your player is doing a lay-up cause they'll drive to the basket. Try shooting from just outside the free-throw circle and hold the  to the left or right (toward the basket) and up. It doesn't happen every time so be patient. This can be done on any difficulty and will unlock as soon as you score your 5 "bank" shot with the same player.
