A quick way to raise this by 20k is to play your season goal (For me it was to reach 56 3pts in a season), then sim to the end and repeat. I reached that number in one game with max quarter time. You can adjust sliders and still get XP.

This is by far the easiest of the 3 new Legend Status trophies. You max out at level 25 for 'Icon' status but all you need is 'Legend' status, which is level 20 for the trophy. What makes this 'easier,' is that there are simply more opportunities to gain Career hype. You can play 'The League' games, Takedown events, Limited time ones and World Tour events because they all give Career hype. This may be the first of the three hype trophies that you unlock. You'll need a total of 500,000 XP/Hype for level 20.
