From the main menu, go to the "Learn to play NBA Live" section and choose "Shootaround".
Choose whatever team you prefer, but make sure it has a good shooter.
Choose that shooter as your player.
On the left hand side of the screen are listed various shots and moves.
I went through performing all of them, although there were a few I hadn't gotten to yet when the achievement popped. (See Spoiler #1)

This can be done in 'Shootaround.' Choose any NBA or WNBA player. If you choose a WNBA player, choose a tall one like Brittney Griner who is 6' 9" and can dunk. There are 4 post move shots that aren't included in 'Settings/How to play/Shot types.' You can find those 4 in 'Advanced' shots by scrolling
