I won once in exhibition and once in the tournament. Nothing.
Edit: Xbox Live is definitely having issues right now. It just unlocked but Hail Mary hasn't yet.

When you load the game up, all you can play is exhibition mode at first. Pick your players and win one game. The achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
