For this achievement, you only have to beat the first six tournament venues, with each having four games to win:
- New York
- Tokyo
- Paris
- Shanghai
- London
- Las Vegas
What I did to win fairly consistently was choose at least one player with a great 3-point score and one player with a great dunk score. I would always get the first shot in since it gives you an extra point (3-pointer recommended). After that, just keep dunking to fill your lottery bar. You can take the occasional 3-pointer if you're behind on points or want to create a larger gap between you and the opposing team.
Also, just focus on winning each bracket instead of the doing the challenges at the same time. I hope this helps!

The game has had some updates since it came out and has added four more tournaments, so now there are ten in total. The good news is you only need to win the first six.
Each tournament has four matches. The first three games are 3-minutes and the final is 5-minutes long. Once you have won Las Vegas, the achievement will unlock.
