This is easy enough by running in circles and entering a dunk animation when there is 1 second left.
Only issue is the shot clock - you have 12 seconds to take a shot from when you take possession.
So get possession with less than 12 seconds to go and you are golden.

I just wanted to add that I got this while playing a local exhibition game with two controllers.

All you need to do for this achievement is to score in the last second. When you have the ball, you have a 12 second window before you get a Shot Clock violation. So, it's best to try and get the ball in the last 12 second of the match so you can time it right.
