In order to obtain this achievement you need to hold down B when you are in the key (area near the hoop) until your score reaches 13000 with no multiplier before you let go. You must time it right in order to double dunk. Once you know the timing it is easy to do!
Oh and it's 26000 score if you have done tricks and are on a x2 multiplier.
