Start a dynasty, make sure to change the setting to 30 years. Choose any team unless you are going for other achievements. Sim, sim and sim again until it's completed. You can get some of the other achievements while doing this one:

Perfect at Home
However, these don't usually pop when simming. So I recommend choosing a power team like North Carolina or another of the ranked teams on a second dynasty just to pop the other four cheevos.

Yeah use a team like North Carolina, but just make sure you save before each game to get Perfect at Home, and that you get at least 30 wins a year for the first 3 years for Move Over, Duke. Then sim out the final 27. That way you're only simming 30 years instead of 33 with a second dynasty

Another 30 year achievement from EA. This will take some time as the load times in this game are extremely slow. It will take just as long to get this achievement as it did to get the on in Madden 06 and NCAA Football 07. Make sure that when you begin you Dynasty that you have the Dynasty Length set to 30 years. When creating your coach turn both "Coaching Contracts" and "Coach Firing" off, that way you stay with one team and you don't have to fool with too many things other than straight simming the Dynasty.
