To play the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Tournament go to Main Menu > Game Modes > Tournaments > Preseason Tournaments > Puerto Rico Tip-Off Tournament. You only have to play the very last game of the tournament. You can play as every team in the tournament and simulate every game until the very last game. Do not forget to put the difficulty at All-Conference or higher. Set the Half Length at 2 minutes. You can also put the sliders in your favor.
