I got this achievement at the same time as the 40-minute All-american.
I plugged in 2 controllers, turned off all fouling, time regulation, and boundary rules (except for out of bounds), and set the halves to 20 minutes.
With the main profile I simply stole the ball from the other team (as no one was controlling it), and scored 20 points with 3 different players.
The achievement popped after the game finished.

This is a quick way to get the achievement!
a) Start a new dynasty with any team.
b) Edit 3 players stats (Preferably the PG, SF and SG) to 99 everything!
c) Go to ESPN simulate thing and let the game sim until like 3 minutes left, go into the game and just finish the scoring the needs to be done, for me, they already had 20 points each!
d) Once game ends, you will unlock!

You must finish a game in any mode where three of your players have 20 or more points. Difficulty must be set to All-Conference or higher. You do not have to win. If you use a premier team, you will have plenty of threats to score. A good time to go for this is when you do 40-Minute All-American as you will have two 20 minute halves to accomplish it.
