To access all tournaments from the main menu go to GAME MODES> TOURNAMENTS> PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENTS. Then you can select one of the pre-season tournaments, though will have to play each one once. You can select each team as being user controlled, then just sim each round until the championship game. Make sure you PLAY the championship game as either squad, your choice, and all that matters is the squad you pick wins. When at the team hub page, do not select tip off yet, instead select gameplay settings. Change half length to 2 minutes and difficulty to All-Conference then hit 
and select tip off to play.
Trophy will pop at the end of the game and do this for all the pre-season tournaments: "MAUI Invitational", "Old Spice Classic", "Anaheim Classic", "Puerto Rico Tip-Off", and "NIT® Season Tip-Off."

Easy Way- Start any tournament and select to control every team. Now simulate to the final game. Choose either team to play as. Play at All-Conference or higher still, but change the time to 2 minute halves. Turn off Shot Clock under Rules. Also go to sliders, and increase User Long Range Shot to 100. Now just hold the ball for the entire half, shooting only from 3-point range when trailing or as time runs out. It is not 100% that you will win, but takes considerable less time to play again if you mess up. You can also use this method to get Upset City and Buzzer Beater. Buzzer Beater can be unlocked in one of these tournaments as well as Play Now games. Just make sure you are trailing, or tied, at the end of the second half to acquire Buzzer Beater. Hit the game winning shot with less than 2 seconds remaining.
