Easy just play and win the final game of the tournament. You can sim up to the last game you just have to play the last game not sim. If your in a hurry you can just set the halfs to two mins. Just make sure your playing at all confernece difficulty or higher.

If you really want to get an easy achievement you can just do two players and play as each one. I tried over and over again to win and I'm just not very good so I put it on two players and made sure I won. Achievement still unlocked.
