Start a Play Now game using a highly-rated team. Keep calling passing plays and aim for the open receivers until your team passes the 350 yard plateau. Choose a weak team as your opponent if you are having difficulty. You can also increase the length of the quarters to allow for more opportunities.
This Achievement can also be unlocked in Dynasty Mode, and should come during a full season unless you are controlling a team with a very weak rushing game.
Short screen passes can often pick up big yards if you stay behind your blockers until the field opens up. Make use of jukes, spins, and stiff-arms to help gain yardage after the catch.

While not always explicitly stated, most of the Achievements in this game require that you play on at least Varsity difficulty level. What difficulty have you chosen?
