How to unlock the Dynasty Trifecta! achievement in NCAA Football 07 - Definitive Guide
The best plan for this Achievement is to play through undefeated seasons with a top-ranked team. Play or sim your games, and save after each win. If you lose, reload your dynasty and try again. Keep an eye on your ranking as well. If you drop out of the top two spots after a close win against a low-ranked team, you may want to redo that game as well.
It's safest to start with the #1 team when you begin your dynasty, but if you really can't stand Ohio State, then go with another team near the top of the heap.
At the end of each season, if you're holding the #1 or #2 spot you SHOULD (though not always) be invited to the National Championship game. After winning (or simming) the first two, make sure you PLAY the Championship game in the third season. If you simulate the game, you will not earn the Achievement.
You can use the "strategy" of turning the offside sliders down to zero in order to help ensure victory. I found playing the game properly to be more rewarding.
The Achievement will unlock at the end of the game.

I would imagine so, as long as you play the third of three in a row, whether it's the last of 1-2-3 or 4-5-6 or even 25-26-27, it should count. If anyone can confirm, that would be great.

I tried this a slightly different way. I started off picking five teams starting a Dynasty mode. I picked Oklahoma, LSU, Ohio State, USC, and Notre Dame. I simmed the season and went with the team that was ranked #1 or #2 and received the National title invitation.
I played the title game to get the National Champions achievement.
In my simulation Sooners was the team I went with. Through the remaining two seasons, I simmed guaranteeing a winning season. I simmed by week to ensure the team was undefeated. Make sure you quick save (LS) to guarantee your team remains undefeated. Reload your dynasty if the team is beaten.
I continued this process through the 2nd season and 3rd season. I played the National title game in all 3 seasons.

Did you end up using Oklahoma all three years, or can you use the other four schools you chose?
