Simple. Just don't fumble the ball. An easy way to cheat this achievement is to move all the sliders in your favor and just keep passing the ball. Once your receiver catches the ball, run out of bounds so that nobody has the chance to tackle you and therefore open the chance for a fumble.
Fumbles occur most often when the quarterback is sacked.
As ThreadedCheetah mentions in the comments, this does not work using 1 minute quarters. Your best bet is using no less than 5 minute quarters.

I can confirm that this does not work with 1 min. quarters. I did it on 5 min. just to be safe.
